**Nottingham Maternity Scandal: Inquiry to BaBy Dieds Babies**
**A new independent inquiry has been announced into the maternity scandal at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust that led to the deaths of babies and mothers.**
The inquiry, led by Donna Ockenden, will investigate the deaths of at least 46 babies and three mothers between 1996 and 2020.
